Advocacy Coordinator

Hi, my name is Victoria Slobodian.

I live in Cumberland County and I am the Advocacy Coordinator for SAU1. I started in May 2022 as a Central Region Coordinator and became the Advocacy Coordinator shortly after.

It is important to me that people live their lives the way they want. I stated with SAU1 because I believed in their mission and wanted to bring my skills to help people use their voices to live their lives how they want.

My favorite thing about SAU1 is working with incredible people as a team and being part of something that matters.

When I am not working I love to cook, spend time with my family, play video games, and be creative. I love sewing, painting, and building things with my hands.

I graduated college in May 2022. I have a Bachelor of Social Work from Shippensburg University and I got my Master of Social Work in 2022. I use my degree to advocate for people’s rights.

I have 4 children and a pet dog named Pickles. She is a small white and black terrier that loves cuddles.

My vision for my life is to travel the world and see many different cultures and eat food from everywhere I go. My favorite food is Thai and Vietnamese food.
