10-Minute Survey Opportunity!
Do you support a child or adult with autism who also struggles to communicate vocally?
Penn State Health wants to hear from you!
Our survey is for caregivers (e.g., parents, guardians, grandparents) or direct support professionals (e.g. para-professionals, registered behavior technicians, community support professionals) who have supported a person with autism and intellectual disability with limited vocal speech in the past year. The survey will only take about 10 minutes to complete and will help us better understand your experience (and the person you supported) with different forms of communication. When you complete the survey, you can also choose to be entered into a monthly drawing for a $25 gift card! Please review the attached flyer if you are interested in participating.
Please review the attached flyer for information on participating.
