A Let's Connect and Create event!

Gretchen will lead you in easy stretching and yoga poses to help
you relax your mind and body. You'll get a soft blanket to support
your body or keep you warm, and some smooth lotion to
make your skin feel good!

WHAT IS “LET’S CONNECT AND CREATE”?

"Let's Connect and Create" is 3 fun and free events for people with
disabilities, hosted by the Power Staff of Self Advocates United as 1
and funded by the PA Developmental Disabilities Council.

There will be one event in January, one in February, and one in March.
Each program will be live on Zoom and will be live captioned.

If you are one of the first 40 people to sign up for each event,
you will get a package in the mail of the supplies you need for
that event. Even without a packet, you can still be part of the
event right from home!
